If eloquence is the nucleus around which revolve all the other elements of oratory before the court, the judicial oratory would not be complete without the presence and the abstinence of the litigant. Knowing how to present yourself and knowing the right time to censor yourself are qualities that shape the portrait of a successful speaker.

Dacă elocvenţa este nucleul în jurul căruia gravitează toate celelalte elemente ale artei oratorice în faţa instanţei de judecată, oratoria judiciară nu ar fi completă fără prezenţa şi abstinenţa litigantului. A şti cum să te prezinţi şi a cunoaşte momentul propice pentru a te cenzura sunt calităţi care conturează portretul oratorului de succes.
