ABSTRACT
The addressees of what I write, the information about them, about their expectations are decisive. The language, the tone, the modality of expressing the information depend all upon the addressees, more precisely upon what I know or I think I know about them.

REZUMAT
Cui i se adresează ceea ce scriu, ce informaţii am despre destinatar, despre așteptările sale sunt definitorii. Limbajul, tonul, modalitatea de expunere a informaţiei depind de destinatar, sau, mai precis, de ceea ce știu sau cred că știu despre destinatar.
