Poate constitui instituţia logodnei element al patrimoniului cultural imaterial?

The study will be divided into two sections: the first section will be devoted to the notion of “national cultural heritage” and the second section to engagement.
In the first section entitled Introductory considerations on the notion of “national cultural heritage” we will present how the literature and legislation in the field define the notions of: national cultural heritage, tangible national cultural heritage and intangible national cultural heritage.
The second section entitled Engagement – tradition, religion, ritual, festive event will present how the engagement is defined by the literature, we will present cases that have in view the tradition, the ritual, we will present the engagement from a religious perspective, we will present the normative acts that have regulated and regulate the institution of engagement from the past to the present.
In conclusion, on the basis of these two sections we will try to answer the question whether the institution of betrothal is an element of intangible cultural heritage.

Studiul îl vom împărţi în două secţiuni: prima secţiune va fi dedicată noţiunii de „patrimoniul cultural naţional” și a doua secţiune dedicată logodnei.
În prima secţiune intitulată Aspecte introductive despre „patrimoniul cultural naţional” vom prezenta cum defi nește literatura de specialitate și legislaţia în domeniu noţiunile de: patrimoniu cultural naţional, patrimoniu cultural naţional material și patrimoniu cultural naţional imaterial.
Secţiunea a doua intitulată Logodna – tradiţie, religie, ritual, eveniment festiv este dedicată noţiunii de logodnă, tradiţiei logodnei, logodnei din perspectivă religioasă.
Vom prezenta actele normative care au reglementat și reglementează instituţia
logodnei.
În concluzii pe baza celor două secţiuni vom încerca să răspundem la întrebarea dacă instituţia logodnei este element al patrimoniului cultural imaterial.
